This is a full-time/part-time hybrid remote position in Wilmington, DE.

Pay: $42,000 – $45,000 a year

What you’ll do:

As a key player in our client engagement efforts, you’ll be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service.

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and secure new clients.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing applications and managing changes.
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on our offerings to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Stay up-to-date on market changes and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in telemarketing or sales, with a demonstrated ability to effectively sell products and services.
  • Bilingual skills (English and another language) are highly preferred.
  • A background in sales, showcasing excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Superb communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
  • A natural flair for building rapport and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • 3 years of sales experience
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • Able to work day shift
  • Able to work night shift
